On a chilly Saturday December 20th in Dalian Kaifaqu, the one and only Santa Claus rode his sleigh into town to visit all the good little girls and boys. The jolly old elf brought his sack full of toys and along with it a hearty Christmas cheer to all. Oh yes, this was a real special year for our children with Santa Claus; Magnus was so excited to see him and I really think he is in his prime for all of these Christmas traditions. He had a great day and was just so happy to be soaking in all that is good about Christmas! Svea was very excited to go and see Santa as well, but when it came time to go and receive her present and sit on Santa’s lap she screamed in horror - her blood-curdling scream could be heard two blocks away! All of our Santa’s have been special here in China, but this year we found the perfect fit in colleague Thomas Patten. He looked just like ol’ St. Nick and put on a fabulous performance for the kids. All in all, it was a great day of Christmas cheer; thanks to Euan Frew for making it all happen!
