Air Canada

I need to get a few things off my chest here: I think Air Canada as an airline and a company is an absolute joke and I am embarrassed and ashamed of them. This airline used to have world wide standards and now they are as bush league as it gets. For 6 years we have been doing the same routine flying from Victoria to Vancouver (and then onto China) and for 6 years I have basically just witnessed a reduction in services and an increase in fees; I also think their customer service is disgraceful and should not be tolerated by paying customers. I simply cannot believe how horrible this entire airline has become and that we as Canadians have allowed it happen - shame on you Air Canada you are as pathetic as it gets and I hope your company crumbles and burns in hell!!
I think the jet lag and the mold that you have inhaled have monkeyed with your perceptions son. Air Canada is one of the world’s truly great airlines, eh!

Craig, I too have little good to say. Anytime I have an AC memory, it is a bad one. I literally don’t remember anything much pleasant happening on an AC flight. Enough said. I’m REALLY happy that WestJet is beginning service here in Kamloops this fall. Finally!

I here ya….and it’s not just Canadian that think so either. The Country Director here at the Cambodian school I’m at right now is quite a world traveler. She’s Scottish and used to work for the Red Cross and has pretty much lived in every condition and flown every type of airline….and a few weeks ago we were all talking about bad airlines and what airline do you think she mentioned as one of the worst that she has flown ever…that’s right, AirCanada.
