Well, I am not a huge soccer fan, but man, do I love this tournament! It all starts for us tonight at 12:00am - Germany vs. Costa Rica, CCTV 5 (China’s premiere sports television network). Don’t know whose wagon I am fully on board with yet, but I can’t wait to let it all unfold! Here’s my scoop thus far: I want Italy to go down in a burning heap, hope Portugal does well, think Rooney is being rushed back too soon and feel Ghana is in way over their heads. (Hey, how’s that for crack analysis research!) World Cup 2006 - let the games begin!
